This agreement has been entered into between Novia Group (Pty) Ltd, owner of the MySkins brand (hereafter referred to as the "company") and you as a user, orderer or shopper on www.myskins.co.za or any affiliated sites (hereafter referred to as the "customer").

If you object to any or all points or demands in this agreement, you must not register on this website. A registration on the website is an expressed acceptance of this agreement in its entirety.This acceptance also abides to the buying of products from the company by other means other than the website

All prices are given including VAT and excluding shipping, unless other information has been expressly given. The prices will be changed when deemed needed by the company. Please check the final price before you place your order.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery on any or all items ordered due to price changes or stock situations, or due to that the customer has in the companys view broken the rules regarding acceptable material transmitted via the the photo uploader or any ordering form where the customer may enter his/her own information to be printed onto the Skin.

Refunds will not be made based on the consumers' confusion about our product after a order has been placed and shipped off.However refunds/exchanges will be made if the print quality is low or if the cuts are not done right.This does not apply to the device template meaning that if the consumer has given the wrong device model and/or measurements, the company can refuse any refunds/exchanges. This refers to the cut quality only.Proof of print and cut quality is to be shown before any refunds/exchanges can be made. The customer has only 3 days to get back to us if the print quality and the cut quality is incorrect.

For orders that have been placed in advanced and paid for by the customer with an agreement to give notebook models in future after the order has been placed will have an expiration date without prior notice.

Proofs seen on our website is to been seen as a guidline of how the skin would look like but not as a definite product. This abides to proofs sent out via email or other means to the consumer. It is the consumers responsibility to request proofs before any production can be made to ensure that the consumer is getting the right device template and the right colour matching. If the proof is sent out and the consumer confirms, only then can production commence. Proof of purhase and/or payment is taken as approval of the proofs. If the consumer accepts the proof and thereafter stipulates that the end-product is not abiding by the proof, then both the company and consumer needs to examine both proof and end-product.

Signed delivery notes of receipt of order is taken as approval and acceptance in whole meaning that the quality, quantity and the actual skin/skins itself is correct. Apon delivery if anything is incorrect the customer has this time to reject the delivery. The customer has only 3 days to get back to us if the print quality and the cut quality is incorrect.

Designs that are company based ie. with their logos' seen on our websites will be move d if the logo/s are being cut out in any way.

All skins produced by the company will have the MySkins logo regardless of customerto s status ie. corporate design for skins. The company has the right to refuse to do business with customers who refuse to have the MySkins logo logo printed on the skin.

All delivery times are to be seen as a guidance and not a definate. When delivery time is given in number of days, it is to be seen as working days not including weekends and public holidays.

Price changes coming into effect after the time of ordering by the customer does not work retroactively. We inform the customer that printing or writing errors may occur and we will not be liable in such cases.

The rights to all contents on www.myskins.co.za or any affiliate site belongs to the company or any of the companys business partners. The use of pictures, text, logoes or any other material is not permitted unless written authorization has been received up front from a duly authorized representative of the company.

The company reserves the right to refuse to make Skins the company finds offensive or not in line with our rules, or find that you do not have the right to use. The customer accepts all responsibility for any offences due to copy right or trade mark law.

Any disagreements between the customer and the company shall first be attempted solved between the two parties. If it is not possible to solve the beforementioned disagreements between the two parties, both parties accept that it shall be solved by the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.

This agreement can be changed without notifying the customer. It is the customers duty to keep updated on the relevant terms and conditions on using www.myskins.co.za or any affiliate sites. A link to the current terms and conditions are available on all pages on www.myskins.co.za and its affiliate sites.
